We had them rip out carpets throughout the house and refinish the floors, as well as paint every room, including ceilings and trim. The whole job was done quickly (2.5 weeks) to help meet our home sale schedule and the results were truly amazing. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and the finished product. Throughout the process, Michael communicated clearly and in a timely fashion, with regular project updates. When a couple of surprises came to light (crumbling plaster behind some wall paper in a bathroom and a small section of missing hardwood under the carpet), Michael flagged the issues quickly and offered multiple options to troubleshoot while keeping the budget in check. The total cost of the work was very reasonable in my view and well worth the investment to ready the house for sale. I can't recommend ScreenCoat Painting and Flooring highly enough. When I called him he not only answered but came to give me an estimate THE NEXT DAY! and he was on vacation. He was honest, helpful and told me exactly what I needed. He painted every room in the condo exceptionally well with a great attention to detail. He ripped up all the old wall to wall carpeting and put in hardwood floors and stained them..they are GORGEOUS!
